  4. Design-time Write Requests: This covers operations like building or updating an agent. These requests are offered at no charge.
  5. Design-time Read Requests: Includes actions such as listing or getting agent resources. These requests are also provided at no charge.
  6. Other Session Requests: This category encompasses tasks like setting or getting session entities, with no charge for these services.
